The Implementation of Total Quality Management in Forming Student’s Religious Totality

Aqidah, sharia and morals are the fundamental aspects in Islamic teachings that need to be totally instilled oneself. However, cultivation of those main values, fact, has not been maximized. This problem also becomes a concern SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong Bengkulu which aqidah, faces challenges obstacles. At same time, such problems indicate totality students applying values thoroughly embedded. facts then require school implement Total Quality Management its religious education activities. Therefore, this article aims describe implementation as an effort form quality students. type research is qualitative-descriptive. Data were collected by conducting interviews observations. The data analyzed reducing, displaying drawing conclusions. validity was tested using triangulation technique. result study shows efforts carried out through routine activities at school, giving reprimands, directions, punishments, exemplary, environmental conditioning, culture application noble learning training. Through these activities, applies principles include evaluation improvement, optimizing role headmaster, cooperation, prioritizing customer satisfaction, planned training, improving learning.Keywords: Management, Religious Totality
